New Orleans and PoBoy sandwiches. There are many other good things to eat in New Orleans but I think of PoBoy sandwiches…fried shrimp to be exact. The French Quarter may be a little overrated so if you go make sure to explore out of the typical areas. Mother’s is downtown and if my memory is correct they do not do mail order. Another favorite, Katz’s in New York City does. So maybe it is a good thing Mother’s doesn’t as weight would be put on. – Tim
