Michigan Global Trade, LLC is a Woman-owned company by Mary Ann Ferris-Young in Grand Rapids, Michigan; specializing in importing, exporting and sourcing worldwide. This venture started out as an idea in 2005 when Mary Ann and her husband, Tim, were importing a few products from China and had a difficult time finding a reliable supplier. 

At that time, they put the idea of starting their own company on the back burner and returned to their corporate jobs, had a family, and moved forward. Since then, they have continued to better understand the international marketplace and began looking for a partner.

Michigan Global Trade teamed up with a multi-national partner in Australia, who has both a sourcing office and staff in China. They believe in providing quality products at a fair price and has demonstrated this many times in the past 20 years. As a result, Michigan Global Trade finds great products for their clients. They have a 20-person sourcing team who can and oversee sourcing. This flexibility allows them to keep quality high and costs low. Mary Ann and her husband are privileged to be in this partnership which uses all of their strengths and talents to import what you need expeditiously and cost-effectively with their team.
