How do I manage the tariffs in China?
Tariffs are taxes and we will best support you to find the best legal and cost effective options for global sourcing. We have staff and facilities in China and will work in multiple countries to find the best solution. The trade deal in China does alter many tariffs and we will communicate these changes to customers as part of our process. We strive to work as a team and keep customers informed of any upcoming changes.

Your U.S. contact will deal with any issues and works to get items resolved with the supplier and factories globally.

I tried to import from China in the past and it did not go as planned, what would be different this time?
We offer fully integrated supply change management led by a team of professionals in China and the US. We work with you on the design, finalize production ready drawings, find and vet the correct factory, oversee production, quality, and logistics. We offer options, deliver and care every step of the process.
Will the products be high quality?
We work with our sourcing team to find products to meet your specifications and will provide samples, if needed, for approval. We also bring ideas to life and custom manufacture new products in our factory including the development of custom molds.
How long does it take products to arrive to the US?
Lead times vary for different products, but we will confirm time-frames during the order. After the product is sourced or manufactured, it still needs to be shipped and the containers can be on the water for 20-30 days or longer. Time-frames for development and shipping are estimates and depends on the country of origin.
Will I deal with an English speaking staff?
Our staff in the US and China speak and write in English to help simplify the process of importing globally.
