In 2017, Mary Ann, my son Graham, and I spent a few days at the Raleigh Hotel in Miami Beach, Florida. The was the late Anthony Bourdain’s favorite place to go when visiting Miami, so we had to give it a try. It is very private, not too big, and has a lovely pool. The hotel isn’t overly fancy and if you like Art Deco, this hotel has it plenty. In the picture straight ahead is a bar where they mix lovely mixed drinks, but beware a nice foo-foo drink can cost you over $20 a pop. – Tim
